Bulk pallets and truckload orders are shipped via freight carriers.
You will receive tracking details or a Bill of Lading once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times depend on your location, carrier availability, and pallet weight.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the continental United States. For international or special freight requests, please contact our logistics team prior to ordering.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on pallet size, weight, and delivery distance. Quotes are provided at checkout or through a custom shipping estimate upon request.
Receiving Your Order
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Inspect all pallets before signing the delivery receipt.
Any visible damage should be reported to the carrier and Bulk Depots within 24 hours of delivery.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We work closely with our freight partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However:
Bulk Depots is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.
Damaged or missing items must be reported immediately to initiate a claim.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of wholesale liquidation sales, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an error was made by Bulk Depots.
